How on earth do you get the designs on the leather? Is it a stamping plate or do you hand carve them? I am thinking about starting a journal making business, but everytime I look online at other peoples work I am put to shame...I have soooooo much to learn, and too many ideas flying around in my head that I don't know how to make a reality.
